WHAT’S NEEDED FOR US TO GET STARTED

A deposit of 50% is required upon signing of the contract. 

The remaining total is due prior to shipping/installation of your display.

We accept most forms of payment – EFT, Bank Cheques, Company Cheques, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only). We consider payment as made when the bank has cleared the funds. International purchases must be made by Electronic Funds Transfer. Any Bank and credit card fees are passed on to the customer.

Our pricing includes fabrication of your display only. Freight is usually excluded on all quotes unless we have made specific arrangements.

Our products are made to order and there are no refunds on custom orders.

HOW LONG WILL THE DISPLAY TAKE TO BUILD?

Once you have paid we will send to you a final sign off for approval.

It includes artwork (if there is any), the colour of capping, cladding or other support structures for your display.

After we receive your approval it usually takes 8-10 weeks to complete the display. This can vary depending on our workload and the time of year. We give you as accurate a picture as we can at time of order.

WHAT WARRANTY IS ON THE DISPLAYS?

We believe in our products and we expect you will not have any problems with them at all. Our standard warranty is 2 years from the date of our final invoice. Please contact us if you would like to obtain a full copy of our warranty policy for your particular product.
